Along with our processing range, we also develop superfood drink mixes and instant health beverages such as Amla Glow Mix and Vitality Booster Mix, designed to support wellness, energy, and natural nourishment.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are in INR and include applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned.
• Nutrajun reserves the right to change prices, discounts, or product availability at any time.
• Payments must be made securely through UPI, debit/credit cards, or other accepted payment gateways.
• For Amazon or Flipkart orders, their individual payment policies apply.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 days.
• Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp once shipped.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• For bulk or export shipments, timelines, packaging, and shipping terms will be discussed and agreed upon before dispatch.

5. Bulk & Export Orders

• All bulk or export orders must be confirmed via official written communication (email or WhatsApp).
• A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued for every export order, outlining pricing, quantity, and delivery schedule.
• Export packaging and documentation follow FSSAI, APEDA, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Returns, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted once a bulk or export order has been confirmed and dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

We follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy due to the nature of our health and consumable products.

However, replacements are possible in the following cases:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos/videos as proof along with your Order ID.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and decisions on replacements are made after verification.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders are final and non-cancellable.
• Bulk/export orders cannot be cancelled after PI approval.
