At Nutrajun LLP, we take great pride in delivering 100% natural, hygienically processed, and premium-quality health and wellness products. Due to the nature of our food and supplement items, we follow a strict No Return, No Refund Policy to ensure product safety and quality for all our customers.

1. No Returns or Refunds

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns once the product is sold and delivered.
  • We do not issue refunds for any reason including:
    • Change of mind
    • Dislike of taste or product results
    • Incorrect or mistaken order placed by the customer
  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Exceptions (Damaged or Wrong Product)

We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in rare cases:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at the contact details below.
  • You must share clear photos or videos of the package and product as proof.
  • Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit (subject to product availability and our discretion).

Please note: No replacements will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery or without valid proof.

3. Shipping Charges

  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • In case of re-delivery due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.
  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming payment.

6. Bulk Orders & Export Guidelines (As per FSSAI & Export Standards)

At Nutrajun LLP, all bulk, wholesale, and export transactions are conducted in full compliance with FSSAI regulations, Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006, and international export documentation norms.

Please note the following:

  • All bulk and export orders are supplied with valid FSSAI License Number, Batch Details, Manufacturing & Expiry Dates, and Product Specifications as per labeling standards.
  • Once a Proforma Invoice or Commercial Contract is confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be processed after order acceptance or dispatch initiation.
  • For export shipments, Nutrajun LLP ensures proper packaging, labeling, and documentation as per DGFT, Customs, and FSSAI export requirements.
  • Nutrajun LLP is not liable for transit delays, customs clearance issues, or damages occurring after shipment leaves India.
  • Any claims for damaged, missing, or quality-related issues must be raised within 48 hours of receipt of goods, accompanied by photographs, videos, and an official inspection report (if applicable).
  • All refunds, replacements, or credits (if approved) will be processed only after internal verification and subject to product availability.
  • Payments made against bulk or export orders are strictly non-refundable once the order is in process or dispatched.

Important Note

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after verification.

This Returns & Refunds Policy complies with FSSAI food safety norms, Indian eCommerce standards, and international export guidelines to ensure transparency, quality, and customer protection.
